Rosario + Vampire is a Japanese manga series created by Akihisa Ikeda, it is known aslo as (Rosario To Vampire, Rosario and Vamire, Rosario Vampire, and in Japanese: ロザリオとバンパイア). It’s about a boy named Tsukune Aono who accidentally goes to a school for monsters. He becomes friends with Moka Akashiya, a vampire who really likes his blood. Tsukune also meets other monster girls who start to like him romantically. The manga was published in a magazine called Monthly Shonen Jump from April 2004 to June 2007. It was later put into ten books.

There’s a sequel called Rosario + Vampire: Season II, which was published in a magazine called Jump Square from November 2007 to February 2014. It was also made into books, 14 in total. Both of these manga series were published in English in North America, the United Kingdom, Australia, and New Zealand by companies like Viz Media and Madman Entertainment.

The Rosario Vampire manga series also has three CD dramas, two video games, a novel, and two internet radio shows. It was turned into a 13-episode TV show that aired from January to March 2008. A second season called Rosario + Vampire Capu2 aired from October to December 2008. The TV show is available to watch in North America on Crunchyroll, which used to be called Funimation. It’s also available in Australia and New Zealand through Madman Entertainment.
